All your orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays and before 14:00 on Saturdays will be delivered within three working days.

 

Free Return and Exchange

You can return or exchange any product you order from Jeggie within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so. Products that are being returned or exchanged may not be worn, washed or damaged. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Returns

You can return any product you order from Jeggie within 30 days from the day of delivery without providing a reason for doing so. Products that are being returned may not be worn, washed or damaged.

To arrange a return you can email us at support@jeggie.com and let us know which products you want to return.

After notifying our Jeggie Help Desk you can ship the product(s) you want to return, together with the invoice and the filled-in returns form, which you can find on the back of the invoice, for free with TNT Cargo.

Our conditions for returning products are as follows:

•      The product you want to return should be shipped unworn and unwashed together with the original invoice and with the filled-in returns form on the back of the invoice. The product should be packed without any damage in their original packaging and then be returned to the returns address that Jeggie has provided you.
•      If the product that you want to return was billed to a corporation, you will have to prepare a corporate return invoice and send it with your return package. If there is no corporate return invoice for corporate returns, we will not be able to complete these returns.
•     We cannot accept returns that don’t have their original packaging, or where the packaging is damaged, has a sticker from the cargo company on it, has duct tape on it, or where the original packaging is damaged in any other way. If we receive products in a damaged state we will return them to the sender and all extra shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
•      If the product to be returned had any accessories when initially delivered, all these accessories have to be packed without any damages in their original packaging and need to be returned as well.
•     If any clothing has been worn, washed or altered, we can’t accept the return of these products. If you want to return shoes, make sure they haven’t been worn outside, are not altered, and are sent back with their original box. If these conditions are not met, we can’t accept the return of these shoes.
•      If because of the specifications of the product, it is not suitable to be returned or if by returning the product the expiration date will have passed and the product will be unsellable, the product cannot be returned.
•     Due to hygienic reasons it is impossible to return or exchange underwear, swimwear, beachwear, and socks.
•     Products that have been specially produced and/or are prepared for special occasions like New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother/Father’s Day cannot be returned. Specially imported products cannot be returned.
•      If you receive your product from Jeggie.com make sure that it suits all the conditions stated above in our returns policy. If your returns are accepted we will refund the price of the returned product in the same way that you initially paid for your order. After sending you a confirmation email it can take up to 2 working days before we refund the money. If the returned product doesn’t meet the conditions stated in our returns policy, we will send the product with no extra fee back to your shipping address.
•      If the return of the product is completed and processed we will notify you by email. The price of the product will be refunded in the same way as your initial payment. If the payment was made by a wire transfer, we will refund the money using the IBAN number that you have stated on your returns form. If the payment was made by credit card we will refund the money to this credit card. The time it takes for the refund to show up on your bank statement may vary depending on your bank. If the refund takes longer than expected we advice you to contact your bank for more information.

Exchanges

You can exchange any product you order from Jeggie within 30 days from the day of delivery without providing a reason for doing so. Products that are being exchanged may not be worn, washed or damaged.

To arrange an exchange you can email us at support@jeggie.com and let us know which products you want to exchange.

After notifying our Jeggie Help Desk you can ship the product(s) you want to exchange, together with the invoice and the filled-in returns form which you can find on the back of the invoice, for free with TNT Cargo.


Please clearly state ‘Exchange Request’ on the returns form and also be sure to write down which product you want to exchange for which colour/size/number.

Once your request has reached us together with the product you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and if approved, we will ship your desired product within 1 working day, if it is in stock, without any extra shipping costs. If the product isn’t in stock we will refund you the price of the product in the same way as your initial payment was made. Exchanges can only be made within the same model with a different color/size/number. You cannot exchange your product for a different type of product.

Returns/Exchanges Shipping

If you send your returns or exchanges with TNT Cargo, after you’ve contacted Jeggie to notify us you want to return/exchange, you will receive a confirmation email and won’t have to pay any shipping fees for the returns/exchanges. If you send your returns/exchanges without notifying Jeggie first, the shipping costs will not be covered by us. When you receive your order please open the package with the courier present to make sure there is no damage to your order. If the package has been crushed, torn, opened, soaked, etc., or appears to have any other unexpected damage, don’t accept the package and ask for a written report with your complaint so the package can be shipped back to us by the shipping company.
